Class Kit Option. The CKL version of the Programs may be installed and used by up to 30 students and teachers for the sole purpose of teaching in an ordinary course, provided the Programs are used in classrooms for instructional purposes only by enrolled students meeting classroom requirements for courses and study offered by the Institution and by teachers of such courses. Students may use the CKL Programs for homework use, and teachers may use the Programs for the purpose of lesson preparation. Except as set forth in Section 5 of this Academic Addendum, all non-classroom use is limited to a single designated individually-owned computer for each such student or teacher during the period of the academic year when the applicable class is in session and solely for class purposes. When a student is not enrolled in the applicable class or the class ends, the student must remove all copies of the Programs from his or her computer. Any other use, including academic research, is expressly prohibited.

Opzione Class Kit (CKL). La versione CKL dei Programmi può essere installata ed utilizzata da un numero non superiore a 30 di studenti e insegnanti per il solo scopo dell’insegnamento nell’ambito di un corso ordinario, a condizione che i Programmi siano utilizzati in aule didattiche per finalità formative solo da parte di studenti regolarmente iscritti ed in possesso dei requisiti richiesti dai corsi di studio offerti dall’Istituzione, e da docenti di tali corsi. Gli studenti possono utilizzare i Programmi CKL per la preparazione individuale, e i docenti possono utilizzare i Programmi allo scopo di preparare le lezioni. Con l’eccezione di quanto affermato nella successiva Sezione 5 di questa appendice accademica alla Licenza, ogni utilizzo al di fuori delle aule didattiche è limitato ad un singolo computer, identificato e posseduto da un singolo individuo, per ogni studente e docente durante il periodo dell’anno accademico durante il quale il corso in oggetto viene impartito, e soltanto per gi scopi del corso. Dal momento in cui uno studente non è più iscritto al corso in oggetto oppure il corso termina, lo studente deve rimuovere tutte le copie dei Programmi dal proprio computer. Ogni altro utilizzo, inclusa la ricerca accademica, è espressamente proibito.
